Refund policy

    Returns

    At this time we are not accepting returns until further notice. All online sales are final.

    Refunds
    Refunds must be brought or delivered to the store in Cantley at your expense. Refunds will only be given if the product is still sealed in its original condition. Once inspected, your refund will be processed with a 20% restocking fee. Refunds will be applied as an in store credit. Restocking fees apply to in store and online orders.     Raw food and raw bones
    We do not issue refunds on raw food and bones all sales are final. All raw food and bones must be paid for in full before delivery. Deliveries will be arranged at time of purchase by phone.

    Late or missing refunds
    If you haven’t received a refund yet, first, check your bank account again.
    Then, contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at nutrik9plus@gmail.com.

    Sale items
    Only regular priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

    Special order Items
    All special order items cannot be refunded. Please check our website pages for more information on special order items. This includes all items with afterpay

    Exchanges  
    At this time we are not accepting exchanges until further notice.

    Cancelations

    We reserve the right to cancel your order at any time and refund you the full amount without your consent and without notifying you.

    If you choose to cancel your order any time after placing it there will be a 15% re stocking fee regardless if your items have shipped out or not.

    In store military discount

    We will be making a reduction to the in-store military discount program. While we deeply value and appreciate the service of our military veterans and their families, and we remain committed to showing our support, we regret that we must reduce the amount of the discount offered. We thank you for your continued support.
