Thank you for supporting our family-owned business. Please read the information below carefully to avoid misunderstandings regarding delivery, shipping, subscriptions, and product availability.

 

 ❄️ Raw & Frozen Products
We do not ship raw or frozen food and bones under any circumstances. However, we do offer local pickup and local delivery for these items.

🚚 Local Delivery Areas
We offer local delivery to the following regions:
Wakefield, Rockhurst, Chelsea, Plateau, Aylmer, Hull, District du Versant, Promenades, Riverrain, Limbour, and Perkins.

❗Delivery fees and restrictions may apply depending on distance and order size. Contact us for a quote.

 

🧪 Free Samples
We are pleased to offer free dog and cat food samples.

Important notes:
• Some products do not have shipping profiles and are not eligible for free shipping.
• If such items are purchased, a revised invoice will be sent with applicable shipping charges after we source the most affordable rate.
• Customers are responsible for all shipping fees unless otherwise agreed upon in writing before the order is confirmed.
• Orders will not ship until all invoices are paid in full.
• We reserve the right to cancel and fully refund any order without notice if shipping arrangements are unclear or not agreed upon in advance.

 

🚚 Auto Delivery & Subscription Terms
We offer local subscription-based auto-delivery service for select products within Cantley only.
Key terms include:

  1. Only prepaid products are eligible for delivery.

  2. Deliveries are scheduled following each billing date.

  3. Subscription cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

  4. Switching to a new pricing plan will trigger an immediate invoice.

  5. You may cancel at any time by emailing nutrik9plus@gmail.com.

  6. You will receive emails for upcoming renewals, expiring cards, and failed payments.

  7. Auto-delivery is currently available within Cantley only; we do not deliver past Route 366. Exceptions may apply.

  8. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.

  9. Auto-delivery products cannot be combined with any other promotions, shipping discounts, or offers.
